“Each client is treated as an individual and in the strictest of confidence. Clients are allocated a Key Worker who will work together with the client to structure their ongoing Support Plan in relation to their specific support needs. We believe in empowering our clients so we ask them what support they would like rather than telling them what we think they need.”
Training...
“We offer a wide variety of training to our clients which could include Form Filling, Applying for Benefits, Job Searches, Putting together a CV and Interview Techniques. We also guide clients who are ready through the process towards securing their own independent tenancies.”
Group Sessions...
“Group Sessions are there to offer guidance to our clients in areas such as Budgeting, which includes learning how to prioritise and manage finances, Self Confidence Building and learning how to interact with others.” All training and group sessions are available to all clients but attendance is encouraged rather than being compulsary.”
